01 · One studio, one person.
Crestly is a one-person logo design studio run by NASSIRI ABDELFETTAH, based in Imintanoute, Morocco. You can reach the studio at contact@crestly.online.
02 · Custom logos and t-shirt logo licenses.
Custom logo design is quoted per project through the logo builder. The t-shirt collection sells licenses for ready-made designs: you pay the listed price for a base design, send your modification requests by email, and receive customized print-ready files.
03 · What you may do with the files.
Custom logos are yours outright: full rights transfer to you on final delivery. For t-shirt collection designs, you receive the customized files for personal and commercial t-shirt printing. The same base design may be licensed to other clients with their own modifications. You may not resell or redistribute the source files themselves.
The short version: custom logos are fully yours; t-shirt designs are licensed per client, each with its own modifications.
04 · Pay in euro, receive files by email.
Prices are shown in euro. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Delivery is digital only: files are sent to your email address within 24 hours after we receive your modification details. Nothing physical is produced or shipped.
05 · Problems get fixed first.
Refund rules are described in the refund policy. For anything else, including disputes, write to contact@crestly.online before opening a bank dispute, so we can resolve it directly.
